Abstract

We evaluate the automatic behavioral assessment system IntelliCage for investigating cognitive functions of mice. Here, we apply a spatial memory test paradigm to a mouse model of two different tau-pathologies, which demonstrates the feasibility of the Intelli-Cage® to analyze spatial memory in an unbiased, high-throughput manner.
