Research

I’m a postdoc in the Neuroimmunology and Imaging lab of Prof. Dr. Martin Fuhrmann at the DZNE Research Center in Bonn, Germany.

Our research focus is the study of neuronal processes in the Hippocampus of transgenic mice to better understand the related neuronal (network) activities and the associated neuro-degenartive diseases like the Alzheimer’s disease. In our studies, we pursue a multimodal approach, covering multi-fluorescence imaging techniques, electrophysiological recordings, and behavioral experiments.
